As a homeowner in the Town Homes at Sunset Point, you are a member of the Town Homes at Sunset Point Homeowners Association, Inc. which is governed by a Board of Directors.

​

The Board is made up of five voting members, each of whom is elected for a two-year term. Elections for open Board seats are held each year during the annual homeowner's meeting normally held in March.

​

The community has a management company to help with the collection of dues, invoicing and payments to vendors, mailings, and other administrative tasks that keep community business running smoothly.
